Locum Physiotherapist (Central) - Singaporean/PR only - 2 days

We are recruiting a Locum Physiotherapist to support a Day Rehab Centre located in Central Singapore. Availability: • Two full days a week • Location: Ang Mo Kio Roles and Responsibilities: • Conduct initial assessments for new client admissions • Conduct 6-monthly Care Plan and program reviews • Conduct InterRai assessments as required (training will be provided if necessary) • Prescribe and execute individual and group therapy programs and activities. • Assist and engage residents with behaviors of concern • Review and revise therapy program schedules with proper documentation • Liaise closely with other healthcare professionals to encourage a holistic approach to care • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions • Participate in continuing education, training, and research activities when opportunities arise • Support Active Rehabilitation under Community Rehabilitation if need arises.
