Who Would Be a Good Fit? We are looking for a teacher who is curious about how children think , not just whether they arrive at the correct answer. You should enjoy listening to children's ideas, asking questions, observing what captures their interest and thinking about, “Where can we take this learning next?” At Dreamkids, an inquiry may begin with a child's question, a story, an interesting object, an unexpected discovery or a problem that children want to solve. Teachers are expected to notice these opportunities and thoughtfully develop them into meaningful learning experiences. Why Join Dreamkids? At Dreamkids, we believe that small class sizes create better opportunities for both children and teachers. You will have the opportunity to: • Teach in small class sizes , allowing you to know each child well and respond more meaningfully to their individual strengths, interests and needs. • Build genuine relationships with children rather than feeling rushed to manage a large group. • Observe children's learning closely and use what you notice to plan meaningful next steps. • Facilitate inquiry-based learning where children's questions, ideas and interests can genuinely shape the curriculum. • Spend more time interacting, discussing, exploring and learning alongside the children. • Have greater flexibility and ownership in curriculum planning rather than simply following a fixed programme. • Work closely with a small and collaborative teaching team. • Build stronger partnerships with families because you know their children well. • Grow professionally through reflection, mentoring and hands-on curriculum development. At Dreamkids, small does not mean less . It means more time to notice, more opportunities to connect, and more space to teach with intention.
