Sheet Metal Technician

Job Summary • Salary up to $2500 • Monday - Friday; 830am - 6pm • Location: Kallang Sector 3 • AWS & Variable Bonus Job Responsibilities • Coordinate with trained operators to ensure proper staffing for production tasks. • Check material quantities upon receipt and update work orders and inventory in the ERP system. • Ensure production processes are carried out under controlled and standardised conditions. • Provide technical and operational support to resolve daily issues on the production floor. • Troubleshoot and resolve process-related problems or inefficiencies. Job Requirements • ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in a sheet metal production environment. • Proficient in CAD/CAM software, especially SolidWorks and AutoCAD. • Hands-on experience with sheet metal, plastic, and rubber materials, and processes such as laser cutting, turret punching, bending, CNC, and welding.
