Applied Sales Engineer (M&E)

Responsibilities • Promote and recommend airside HVAC products and solutions to building owners, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders. • Drive airside sales growth by expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and increasing market share. • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners. • Establish close working relationships with key accounts and strategically manage customer portfolios. • Maximize account penetration, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. • Identify new business opportunities and develop appropriate technical solutions for both existing and prospective customers. • Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts and update relevant information in the company system. • Conduct sales negotiations, communicate product value, address customer concerns, overcome objections, and successfully close opportunities. • Differentiate the company's products and solutions to establish a strong preferred-supplier position in the market. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
