Design Coordinator

Job Description • To ensure the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction • Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work. • Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management • To coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites • Compile and handover of architectural documentations including as-built drawing submissions Job Requirements • Proficient in project management and architectural trades • Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Preferably with Design & Build Building experience
