• Verify existing site conditions, dimensions, levels, services and other site constraints that may affect the ACMV design.
• Develop ACMV designs that are practical, coordinated and executable on site .
• Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD and actively follow up on client or consultants' comments, revisions and design changes.
• Prepare design reports, engineering calculations and cost estimates.
• Coordinate ACMV designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and other M&E services to minimise clashes and site issues.
Site Execution & Coordination
• Regularly attend site to monitor and coordinate ACMV works and ensure that installation is carried out in accordance with the approved design and drawings.

• Ensure that the design can be practically executed within the available site space and existing conditions.
• Identify potential constructability issues early and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Provide technical support and clarification to the site team during installation.
• Follow up on project progress and provide timely reporting to the Project Manager.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

• Minimum 3 years of relevant local Singapore experience in ACMV design and project execution.
• Strong hands-on experience in ACMV systems , including ducting, piping and piping/structural supports.
• Experience in Design & Build, construction or M&E engineering companies is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to independently prepare and amend ACMV shop drawings.
• Able to conduct site surveys and obtain/verify accurate measurements independently.
• Good understanding of ACMV installation, coordination, testing & commissioning and site requirements.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and site conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate design requirements into practical site solutions .
• Willing and able to spend significant time on site when required.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of ACMV-related design and site matters.

• Target-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
What We Are Looking For
