IT Onsite Engineer (AMK)

• Maintain and troubleshoot customer ruggedized laptops when faults occur. • Handle FRACA cases and respond to site issues in accordance with the agreed SLA. • Perform quarterly Preventive Maintenance activities, including OS patching, SEP updates, and application updates. • Support customer service requests and technical issues. Requirements: • Diploma / ITE Cert in Electronics/Electrical / IT • With 1 yr experience • Willing to go on site (under the sun) • Be on rotating standby (on roster basis) for any after office activation.
