Entry Level - Admin cum Accounts Assistant

• Basic $2,500 - $3,100 + Variable Bonus • Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression • Working location: Ubi • Working days: Monday - Friday & 1 Saturday per moth • Working hours: • Monday - Friday: 9.00 am - 6.15 pm • Saturday: 9.00 am - 1.00 pm (1 Saturday per moth) • 80% admin & 20% accounts role Job Responsibilities: • Check car registration folder • Generate invoices. • Process refund • Preparation journals • Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent. • Some accounting experience is a plus. • Training provided for those without / with lesser experience.
