Risk Assessment
Job Description:
• Oversee and implement WSH requirements for HDB HIP projects.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and company safety requirements.
• Review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and work activities.
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and safety inspections.
• Ensure proper safety measures are in place to protect workers, residents and the public .
• Prepare daily and weekly safety reports and maintain relevant WSH records.
• Liaise with HDB, consultants, subcontractors and site management on safety matters.
• Support ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
• Registered WSHO with MOM, Singapore.
• Minimum 4 years’ WSHO experience in Singapore.
• HDB/HIP project experience preferred.
• Diploma or higher in Building, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Good knowledge of WSH legislation, RA, SWP and construction safety.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently on site.
