Business Management Manager

Job Description • Oversee the company’s business operations, administrative functions and internal processes. • Coordinate with management, project teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to support daily operations. • Assist with business planning, budgeting, cost monitoring and resource allocation. • Review business performance and prepare management reports. • Support contract, quotation, tender and business documentation processes. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support the company’s growth. • Ensure proper records are maintained and company procedures are followed. Requirements • Preferably 3–5 years of experience in business management, operations or administration. • Experience coordinating with clients, suppliers or project teams. • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. • Able to prepare reports and manage business documents. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Construction industry experience is an advantage. • A degree or diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
