Valet Operator (Night Shift)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee and coordinate a remote valet team of 15. This role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling services, and ensuring smooth operations during night shifts. Responsibilities • Supervise, manage, and support a team of 15 valet drivers to ensure efficient deployment aligned with customer requests • Coordinate customer communications via phone and WhatsApp to schedule valet services professionally and promptly • Plan and adjust team schedules to maintain optimal coverage during peak demand hours • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues quickly to maintain service quality • Monitor team performance, attendance, and customer feedback to uphold service excellence • Prepare and deliver daily operational reports and updates to management • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Maintain a stable remote work setup with reliable internet and a quiet environment to ensure uninterrupted coordination Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience of at least 1 year in operations, customer service, or logistics management, or a strong willingness to learn • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and Microsoft Office (Excel) for communication and reporting • Strong leadership skills to motivate and coordinate a remote team effectively • Problem-solving skills to handle customer requests and unexpected challenges resourcefully • Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate clearly with customers and team members Other Information Benefits • Competitive salary with overtime compensation • Opportunities for growth and career advancement Working Hours • Night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, 6 days per week
