Sales Order Administrator Salary: $2500 - $3200 Working Days: Mon - Fri | 8.30am - 6pm Working Location: Jurong East Job Scope: • Process sales orders accurately to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents to support sales transactions • Maintain and update sales contract data including terms, pricing, expiry, and renewals for accurate record-keeping • Ensure all sales and contract data entered into the system is accurate and up to date • Generate simple sales and contract reports to provide insights for sales management • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate and resolve issues for smooth order processing • Provide general administrative support to the sales team to enhance operational efficiency • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support sales functions Requirements: • Diploma in Business or related field • 1–4 years’ experience in sales administration or order processing • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Email: supreme.jacksontan@gmail.com Tan Yong Zhi (Jackson) | Reg: R24124461 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
