UV Coating Senior Specialist

UV Coating Process Management Oversee and provide technical support for UV coating processes and production activities. Establish and optimize coating parameters, including coating speed, thickness, UV curing conditions, temperature, and material application settings. Monitor coating performance and ensure processes operate according to approved technical specifications. Support the introduction and validation of new UV coating materials, processes, and equipment. Equipment Operation & Optimization Provide technical support for UV coating machines, curing systems, application equipment, and related production machinery. Assist with equipment setup, calibration, commissioning, and parameter adjustment. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential technical abnormalities. Recommend equipment modifications and improvements to improve production efficiency and stability. Technical Troubleshooting Investigate coating defects, equipment abnormalities, process instability, and production interruptions. Conduct root cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Resolve issues such as uneven coating, insufficient curing, adhesion problems, surface defects, contamination, and coating thickness variations. Provide on-site technical support during production and equipment breakdowns. Quality & Process Control Monitor UV coating quality and ensure products meet established technical and quality specifications. Analyze coating thickness, adhesion, surface appearance, curing performance, and other relevant quality indicators. Work closely with Quality Control and Production teams to identify and resolve process-related quality issues. Establish and maintain process control standards and operating parameters. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve coating efficiency, product quality, production yield, and equipment utilization. Optimize coating materials, application parameters, curing conditions, and production methods. Support initiatives to reduce material consumption, production defects, waste, and downtime. Conduct process trials and evaluate results before implementing improvements. Technical Training & Knowledge Transfer Provide technical training to operators, technicians, engineers, and production personnel. Train employees on UV coating equipment operation, process parameters, quality requirements, and troubleshooting procedures. Transfer technical knowledge, operating standards, and best practices to local technical teams. Support the development of standard operating procedures and technical work instructions. Technical Documentation & Reporting Prepare technical reports, process analysis reports, troubleshooting records, and improvement proposals. Maintain records of coating parameters, process trials, equipment conditions, and corrective actions. Provide regular technical updates and recommendations to the Senior Technical Manager or relevant management.
