Operator

Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery, equipment, and tools used in transformer manufacturing. Perform assembly, winding, insulation, tanking, testing, packing, or other production processes as assigned. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality requirements. Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on products and materials. Report any defects, abnormalities, machine issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area in accordance with 5S practices. Comply with all safety, health, environmental, and company regulations. Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Support inventory handling and material movement when required.
