Admin Assistant

Job Description- Talk to customers in a warm and friendly manner. Assists customers in a warm, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary. Knows all essential aspects of our business operations Assists in organizing work documents Attends to customer enquiries, either in person, through phone calls or WhatsApp. Handles customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer. Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Assist in branch activities - marketing activities. Job requirements: Must possess at least a SPM in any related field. Fresh graduate are welcome. Possess good communication skills. Positive attitude, multitasking, able to work independently. Committed, result & detail oriented.
