JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Responsibilities: Oversee and supervise day-to-day accounting operations. Analyze financial data, compile report, provide advice and action plan to management team. Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monthly, quarterly management accounts and financial reports. Take charge of daily financial operation including cash flow management. Oversee the preparation of documents for audit and tax purposes. Liaise with auditors or tax consultants, monitor and support taxation issues. Ensure compliance with regulatory & statutory requirements. Review monthly reconciliation and analysis report. Ensure compliance with the Group's Accounting Policies and Financial Operational Procedures. Maintaining effective internal controls. Assist in preparation annual budgets and medium or long-term plans. Monitor and review business plan and budgets versus actual to ensure cost control. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your immediate superior / management from time to time.
