Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities: • Machine Setup a) Perform daily machine setup for production runs, including calibration and configuration. b) Ensure all required materials, tools, and components are prepared and available before production begins. • Machine Operation a) Operate machinery efficiently to meet production targets. b) Supply raw materials and adjust machine settings as required to maintain optimal performance. • Monitoring & Quality Control a) Continuously monitor machine performance during operation. b) Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. c) Identify and report defects or deviations promptly. • Maintenance & Troubleshooting a) Conduct routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic repair services. b) Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and production losses. c) Escalate complex issues to maintenance or engineering teams when necessary. • Documentation a) Accurately record production data, machine activity, defects remembering, and downtime in logs or systems. b) Maintain clear and up-to-date operational records. • Safety & Compliance a) Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and operational guidelines. b) Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Job Requirements: 1) High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in manufacturing or industrial operations is an advantage 2) Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment (assembly, packaging, molding, machining, or production lines). 3) Experience working with production machinery and automated or semi-automated equipment (entry-level candidates with training may be considered). 4) Skills:-  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.  Capable of lifting raw materials or components as required by the production process.  Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.  Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a production team.  Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or rotating schedules as required. 5) Age - Between 18 to 40 years old. 6) Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.00 AM – 5.30 PM), Saturday: (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). 7) On-site role: Seri Kembangan, Selangor. 8) Employee Benefits: Overtime, Insurance, Medical & Paternity Coverage.
