PENEMPATAN: Unit Komunikasi Strategik SENARAI TUGAS: 1.MEMBANTU MENYEDIAKAN VISUAL DAN MEMBUAT SPESIFIKASI BAHAN KOMUNIKASI VISUAL DENGAN CEPAT, TEPAT DAN BERKESAN. • Menerima arahan untuk mencipta dan merekabentuk bahan komunikasi visual (artwork) bagi program MITI dari bahagian yang memohon. • Menghantar untuk semakan kepada KU/PPAK/PPA. • Menghantar rekabentuk (artwork) untuk kelulusan bahagian berkenaan • Membuat pembetulan pada rekabentuk (artwork) yang dipilih. • Menghantar semula rekabentuk (artwork) akhir ke bahagian berkenaan. 2. MEMBANTU MENYEDIAKAN BAHAN CETAKAN KOMUNIKASI VISUAL BUNTING/BANNER/BACKDROP DENGAN CEPAT, TEPAT DAN BERKESAN. • Menerima arahan untuk mencipta dan merekabentuk bahan komunikasi visual (artwork) bagi program MITI dari bahagian yang memohon. 3.MEMBANTU MENYELARAS DAN MENYEDIA KANDUNGAN UNTUK PAPARAN DIGITAL SCREEN KEMENTERIAN PERDAGANGAN ANTARABANGSA DAN INDUSTRI. • Menerima arahan untuk menyediakan bahan visual untuk paparan Digital Screen. 4. MEMBANTU MENYIMPAN GAMBAR-GAMBAR DAN VIDEO-VIDEO PROGRAM BERKAITAN KEMENTERIAN PERDAGANGAN ANTARABANGSA DAN INDUSTRI. • Membantu mengurus penyimpanan koleksi gambar-gambar dan video-video secara sistematik dan teratur ke dalam hard disk luaran. • Membantu menyediakan salinan backup hasil-hasil kerja grafik ke dalam hard disk luaran. • Memastikan dan bertanggungjawab ke atas penggunaan dan keselamatan hard disk luaran yang diamanahkan.
