MANUFACTURING APPRENTICE PROGRAM (MAP)

The program framework consists of 6 months stipulated training period across Panasonic Aircond factory manufacturing function which includes the following activity: 1. Apprentices will be assigned to various manufacturing business processes / function and perform specific tasks or projects and responsibilities on rotation basis. 2. Apprentices will gain basic skills and competencies of the core function through projects and assignments throughout the 6 months. 3. This would give them the width of experience and exposure to help them understand their niche and how they would want to advance their careers in PAPAMY. 4. Functional and leadership trainings to provide necessary soft-skill training courses to enhance apprentices' management & leadership skills. Requirements: 1. Degree or Master’s degree holder with CGPA 2.5 and above in any related studies. 2. Passionate for self-development and developing personal marketability in industries. 3. Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills 4. Interest in having hands-on experience in manufacturing environment. 5. Able to commit for minimum 6 months 6. Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility 7. Adventurous, entrepreneurial & possess experimental mindset 8. Effective teammate with strong communication & interpersonal skills 9. Individuals who intend to explore a career in the area of Production 10.
