SENIOR / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Accounts & Finance 1. Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, credit control, cash management and bank reconciliation. 2. Assist in handling the Company's full set of accounts and ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded and properly supported by relevant documents. 3. Assist in monthly accounts closing and preparation of monthly management reports, financial schedules, forecasts and budgets. 4. Ensure accounting records and systems are maintained in accordance with Company policies, applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements. 5. Check and verify invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders, receipts, claims, petty cash transactions and other financial documents. 6. Handle petty cash disbursement and maintain proper records and supporting documents. 7. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding matters where required. 8. Assist with audit, taxation, statutory and other finance-related matters as required by Management.
