Sales Manager

Job Summary Responsible for developing and managing travel agent accounts to drive room revenue, increase market share, and achieve hotel sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international travel agents. - Identify new travel agent accounts and business opportunities. - Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections. - Negotiate travel agent rates and contracts within approved guidelines. - Follow up on enquiries, quotations, contracts, and bookings. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and travel demand. - Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, and other departments. - Participate in travel fairs, roadshows, and sales activities when required. - Prepare sales reports and maintain updated account records.
