Benefits and Perks: - Attractive Performance Incentive - Able to work with the pioneers in Smart Lock industry for Malaysia & Singapore - Mobile phone & sim card provided - Petrol / Toll / Parking to customer site claimable - Medical coverage for eligible employees - Annual leave and other employment benefits as per company policy - Product Training Provided - Annual Bonus and Performance Bonus (Depends on individual and team performance) - 5 and half working days - Annual Leave - EPF / SOCSO / PCB Job Responsibilities: - Able to carry out smart lock service works on customer site. - In charged of all customer related installation & service tasks and follow up. - Ensure all service and installation tasks are carried out professionally by technical team. - Promptly responding to customer's installation / service / product issues. - Manage technical team and have weekly meetings to update and follow up progress, - Liase with Supplier / Factory regarding technical issues & spare parts. - Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance skills. Job Requirements: - Experience & Knowledge in tools usage for woodworking and metal working is advantage. - Proficiency in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with technical team from China. - Fresh grad are welcome! - Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. - Strong communication and negotiation skills, including technical proficiency. - Self-motivated team player with a focus on sales and customer relations. - Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
