Key Responsibilities Guest Services Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner. Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation. Front Desk Operations Manage room reservations, cancellations, and amendments. Verify guest details and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system. Issue room keys and explain hotel policies and procedures. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately. Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Administrative Duties Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records. Prepare daily reports and documentation as required. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments regarding guest needs. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift balancing. Customer Relationship Management Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business. Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary. Collect and record guest feedback to support service improvement initiatives. Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. Maintain guest confidentiality and data privacy. Follow safety, emergency, and security procedures at all times.
