Key Responsibilities • Provide daily IT support for computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment. • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues. • Manage and maintain office LAN, Wi-Fi and internet/network connections. • Manage firewall, antivirus and basic IT security. • Administer and support Microsoft 365, including email, user accounts, Teams and OneDrive. • Set up IT equipment and accounts for new staff. • Liaise with IT vendors and service providers when required. • Maintain company IT equipment and software records. • Assist with other IT-related matters and projects when required.
