GROUP COMPLIANCE OFFICER

· Manage Group company policies, procedures, and SOPs. · Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company requirements. · Manage and maintain ISO systems and documentation. · Manage Group risk assessment and risk register. · Monitor Safety & Health requirements. · Monitor Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) compliance. · Prepare compliance and risk reports for management. · Identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements. · Coordinate with departments, subsidiaries, auditors, and relevant authorities. · Prepare and present compliance reports to the HOD and Board, detailing findings and suggesting improvements.
