SEA Career Development Senior Specialist

As a SEA Career Development Senior Specialist, you will support the career development process for BCG's consulting team across Southeast Asia. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will coordinate quarterly career development meetings, manage evaluations and feedback, maintain accurate HR data and reporting, support bonus and advisor allocation processes, and deliver insights through data analysis. You will also drive continuous improvements to career development processes while ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate has at least 8 to 10 years or more of HR or related experience in tier 1 strategy consulting environment, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and advanced Excel and reporting capabilities. Experience managing large datasets, working with senior stakeholders, and thriving in a fast-paced environment is essential. A bachelor's degree is required. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this is a permanent role within the SEA People Team.
