Account cum Admin Clerk

Responsibilities: • Accounts & Compliance Support: Handle basic accounting and administrative duties, including Accounts Receivable (AR), TIN updates, accounting documentation, and related finance matters. • Office Administration & Maintenance: Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, general upkeep, and day-to-day administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations. • Training & HRDF Administration: Prepare training documents, coordinate required paperwork, and submit and follow up on HRDF claims. • Documentation Support: Prepare mandatory documents and supporting paperwork required for customer RFQ, as well as other Admin department documentation. • Correspondence & Record Management: Draft letters and official correspondence for customers, suppliers, and internal matters, and maintain proper records including equipment serial numbers for tracking and reference. Requirement: • Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required. • Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required. • Good Interaction & Communication Skills • Independent, self- discipline and motivated • Positive mindset • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply • Minimum SPM.
