Job Description The Baby Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in selecting suitable baby and kids products. The role includes product consultation, sales support, stock replenishment, and maintaining store presentation to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for parents and families. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Service & Sales · Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. · Recommend suitable baby and kids products based on customer needs. · Explain product features, usage, and benefits clearly. · Assist customers with product demonstrations when required. · Achieve individual and store sales targets. · Upsell and cross-sell related products. · Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. 2. Product Knowledge · Maintain good knowledge of baby and kids products including: o Baby gear o Strollers o Car seats o Feeding accessories o Toys o Baby clothing o Diapers and hygiene products · Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and product information 3. Store Operations · Ensure products are properly displayed and shelves are fully stocked · Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards · Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks · Ensure price tags and product labels are accurate · Support cashiering duties when needed 4. 1. Teamwork · Work closely with team members and supervisors. · Participate in sales campaigns and store activities. · Follow company SOPs, policies, and procedures. 2. Additional Duties and Responsibilities The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of mall operations. Job Requirements - Minimum SPM - Experience in baby retail, childcare, or parenting products preferred. - Strong customer‑service orientation. - Customer service-oriented and sales-driven. - Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - The candidate's must be able to work in AEON Mall KL Midtown.
