Account Executive

Job description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to join the dynamic team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY' in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the Accounting and Bookkeeping operations of the business, supporting its growth and success. What you'll be doing Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts for clients Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of accounting services Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations, policies, and procedures What we're looking for Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications, such as a degree in Accounting or a professional accounting certification Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar account executive or bookkeeping role Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and stakeholders A proactive and customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Job details • Salary: RM 8,000 a month • Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent • Contract: Permanent • Working hours: Normal Hour • Openings: 1 • Sector: Legal and accounting activities • Closes: 2026-11-06 About LONG KEE WELCOME RESTAURANT (10-50 employees) We provide job opportunities too all job seekers, to have a pleasant job seeking experience with us.
