Internship - Talent Sourcing Executive (Mass Hiring)

We are looking for a proactive and energetic intern to join our Recruitment team and support our Mass Hiring activities. You will gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment for high-volume positions. **Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. - Support mass hiring for operational and frontline positions. - Screen and shortlist candidates. - Contact and follow up with candidates via phone and WhatsApp. - Arrange interviews and assist with recruitment activities. - Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. - Assist with job postings, hiring campaigns, and recruitment events. - Support the Recruitment team in achieving hiring targets. Requirements - Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn. - Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone and WhatsApp. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good organisational and follow-up skills. - Fresh graduates interested in Recruitment are welcome to apply.
