Procurement Officer

Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality acquisition of goods and services that support the organization's operational and business objectives. The role involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, managing vendor relationships, monitoring supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement procedures, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. The incumbent also collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to forecast purchasing requirements, resolve supply issues, maintain accurate procurement records, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior procurement personnel while ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to applicable regulatory and contractual requirements.
