What Will You Do: • Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels. • Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements. • Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options. • Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience. • Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion. • Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines. • Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets. • Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels. • Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation. • Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system. • Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. • Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
