WE’RE HIRING: RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE ToySpark Malaysia is a growing retail company specialising in premium baby gear, educational toys, and children’s products. Our product range includes strollers, car seats, baby cots, high chairs, carriers, educational toys, and more from trusted brands such as Joie, Quinton, Koopers, Crolla, GB Pockit, Chicco, and Muva. We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to support our online and retail sales operations. The role involves customer service, product consultation, sales, social media, and promotional activities. Location: Angsana Mall Johor Bahru / Bandar Putra Kulai, Johor Key Responsibilities * Assist customers and provide friendly and professional service. * Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products. * Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features. * Support daily retail operations, including product arrangement and merchandising. * Assist with sales promotions, marketing activities, and store events. * Maintain good product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. * Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
