QA/QCRoot Cause AnalysisContinuous Improvement
-Manage and overall operations to ensure product quality and compliance with company and customer requirements.
-Coordinate quality matters with the company's headquarters in China and work closely with China-based management and technical teams on quality issues, product specifications and improvement activities.
-Manage quality audits, customer complaints, root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
Lead and supervise the QA/QC team to ensure effective implementation of quality standards and procedures.
-Review and communicate quality reports, technical requirements and related documentation with China headquarters.
-Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required for regular communication and coordination with the company's headquarters and management team in China.
