- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural, structural, M&E, shop, tender, submission and as-built drawings. - Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, UBBL, BOMBA, CIDB standards and local authority regulations. - Manage drawing control, including revision tracking, drawing registers, submission records and document transmittals. - Coordinate BIM/ CAD models and multidisciplinary consultant inputs. - Liaise with consultants, clients and project stakeholders to resolve technical and coordination issues. - Coordinate authority submissions and approvals with local authorities, BOMBA, CIDB, utility providers and statutory agencies. - Prepare and compile submission drawings, technical documents, supporting calculations and authority requirements. - Monitor submission progress, approvals, and ensure authority comments are addressed promptly. - Provide technical support to site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project engineers during construction. - Conduct site verification, prepare as-built drawings, and assist in resolving construction related issues. - Maintain organized project documentation, records and technical progress reports in compliance with company procedures.
