Wholesale Officer (Contract)

1. Handle paper work (Packing list, Delivery order, Credit note, Return note from customer) and related documentation within the department. 2. Summarise monthly sales, gross profit, and credit note. 3. Proper filing of documentation. 4. Contact customer to ensure all documentation to customer is well received and able to proceed with monthly payments for MBG. 5. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. : Finance, Logistics) for general administrative duties. 6. Address work-related inquiries or uncertainties promptly and ensure all assigned tasks are completed without pending work. 7. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
