SMT Equipment Sales Manager

About the role Emerix Malaysia is expanding and seeking an experienced and driven SMT Equipment Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Simpang Ampat, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing engineering support to our valued clients across the region. What you'll be doing Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention Provide technical expertise and support to clients, helping them find the best solutions for their needs Contribute to the development of sales strategies and forecasting Participate in trade shows, events, and other marketing activities to promote the company's offerings Continuously expand your knowledge of the industry and stay up-to-date with market trends What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales or engineering role, preferably in the SMT / Electronic industry Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team What we offer At Emerix', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
