Maintenance Technician

Maintain routine inspection, service and repair of equipment's and machine. Schedule and complete the preventive maintenance program. Report, record, filling all daily activity and maintain plant facilities / surroundings rectify where necessary. Keep record of maintenance job and spare parts of machine and equipment. Identifies and recommends opportunities for cost saving and other improvement. Follows DOSH standard and company safe practices on all work assignments. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment. Ability to read electrical, mechanical and others technical drawings. Promote and maintaining a good housekeeping practice. Report any misconduct, damages, vandalism on facility / production machines to Maintenance Executive. To maintain 5S practices in daily operation and workplace all the time. To adhere all safety, health & environment instruction. Performs other assignments as required. Any other relevant duties which may be assigned by superior from time to time.
