COMPLIANCE OFFICER

• Involve in compliance activities to ensure effective internal controls and operation procedure. • Overseeing all aspects of compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while supporting the business in achieving its objectives. • To ensure organizations manage risks and avoid lawsuits by ensuring business operations are performed in compliance with local law regulatory. • Developing company policies, creating metrics to help track compliance and performing compliance audits. JOB SCOPE • Handling current as well as identifying potential compliance issues and ensuring these are appropriately escalated so that appropriate remedial actions are taken in a timely manner. • Reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures and ensuring that it is in line with operating model arrangements • Monitoring regulatory developments, analysing their business impact and updating policies and procedures to reflect these in collaboration with team members. • Conducting training on compliance matters to raise compliance awareness across cross-functional teams. • Responsible for performing a variety of Compliance related duties – Administrative duties and record keeping. • To perform internal audit check to ensure employees fully adhering with Company policies. • Meeting client’s dateline for all requirements.
