General Worker (Recycling & Recovery) Kulim, Kedah

We are looking for hardworking and responsible General Workers to support the daily operations of an established e-waste recycling and recovery company in Kulim, Kedah. The successful candidates will assist with the handling, sorting, segregation and processing of e-waste, recyclable materials and other industrial materials at the company's facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sort and segregate e-waste, electronic components, metals, plastics and other recyclable materials. Assist in loading and unloading materials, equipment and recyclable items. Handle, move and arrange materials within the factory or recycling facility. Assist operators with recycling, recovery and material-processing activities. Feed materials into designated machines or processing areas when required. Perform basic packing, weighing, labelling and arranging of processed materials. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workplace. Follow safety procedures and company instructions at all times. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Assist supervisors and other team members with daily operational activities. Perform other general duties related to recycling and factory operations as assigned by the supervisor. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum education: No formal qualification required / Primary or Secondary School qualification. No prior experience required; training will be provided. Physically fit and able to perform manual work. Willing to work in a factory/recycling environment. Able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods. Responsible, punctual and disciplined. Able to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures. Good teamwork and positive working attitude. Previous experience in recycling, factory, production, warehouse or material handling will be an advantage.
