Outdoor Technician System Support & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities • Provide on-site technical support and system maintenance for client installations • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows environments and PC systems • Perform basic ELV (Extra Low Voltage) setups including wiring and device installation • Support and maintain attendance systems, including facial recognition devices and RFID readers/antennas • Set up and support video conferencing units (Poly, Logitech) • Configure and deploy wireless access points and network switches • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues • Maintain documentation of system configurations and support activities • Provide training and guidance to client users when necessary Required Skills & Experience • Solid understanding of PC hardware and Microsoft Windows configuration • Experience with ELV systems and device setup • Familiarity with biometric attendance devices and RFID technology • Knowledge of video conferencing systems (Poly, Logitech) • Ability to configure wireless APs and switches • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Good communication and teamwork abilities • Willingness to travel locally for client support Added Advantages • Experience with Cisco and HP Aruba network equipment • Hands-on support experience with ZKTeco attendance devices What We Offer • Opportunity to work with leading multinational clients • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Career development and technical training Job details • Salary: RM 2,400 a month (negotiable) • Contract: Permanent • Working hours: Normal Hour • Openings: 1 • Closes: 2026-11-07 About AENON SOLUTIONS SDN BHD (10-50 employees) Aenon Solutions Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of smart manufacturing and digital transformation solutions.
