Key Responsibilities
- Handle end to end recruitment including screening, interview, onboarding preparation and exit interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with relevant authorities such as PERKESO on employee-related matters when required.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation such as contracts, appointment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, and termination letters.
- Administer medical/dental claims.
- Handle employee relations issues.
- Plan and support staff welfare and recreational activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Good in Time Management, Organizing, Communication and Problem-Solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
