Dalam peranan ini, anda akan menjadi tunjang utama operasi lawatan — menguruskan penyelarasan, penjadualan, dan logistik pentadbiran yang lancar. 📍 Lokasi Kerja: Mentari Business Park, Bandar Sunway 💰 Gaji Basic: RM2,100 – RM2,500 (Bergantung kepada pengalaman) Waktu kerja: 9am – 6pm (Isnin hingga Jumaat) Off Day: Sabtu & Ahad Kerja lebih masa (OT) disediakan dan dibayar yang layak jika bekerja atas permintaan Jenis Pekerjaan: Sepenuh Masa (Permanent) 🎯 Kelayakan ✅ Minimum SPM ✅ Umur 18 – 35 tahun digalakkan ✅ Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang pentadbiran dan Collection adalah satu kelebihan 📝 Skop Kerja Tanggungjawab & Tugas Utama • Penyelarasan & Penjadualan: Menguruskan kalendar induk lawatan, menetapkan janji temu, dan menyelaraskan jadual perjalanan (itinerary) untuk Visit team. • Dokumentasi & Kemasukan Data: Memproses permohonan lawatan, menyediakan dokumen pra-lawatan, menyelenggara sistem fail digital/fizikal, dan memastikan data dimasukkan dengan tepat mengikut garis panduan. • Hab Komunikasi: Mengendalikan e-mel dan talian telefon khas untuk menjawab sebarang pertanyaan berkaitan panduan lawatan, perubahan jadual, dan maklum balas susulan.
