We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to take complete P&L ownership of a core product group in our expanding Specialty Food Ingredients division. Key Responsibilities Commercial & P&L Growth: Own sales, profit, and expansion targets for your assigned product portfolio. Spot untapped market opportunities and lead key client negotiations. Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of sales representatives and technical technologists. Market Development: Drive new commercial projects from concept to execution, keep ahead of industry trends, and build strong relationships with key strategic accounts. What We Are Looking For Industry Experience: Proven commercial sales or business management background specifically within Specialty Food Ingredients or food manufacturing sectors.
