TroubleshootingPreventive Maintenance
-Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
-Perform basic electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general building repairs.
-Attend to maintenance complaints and rectify issues promptly.
-Monitor and ensure all building facilities are in good working condition.
-Conduct preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
-Assist contractors or service providers during repair and maintenance works.
-Maintain proper records of maintenance work and report any major issues to the Building Management.
-Ensure the building is safe, clean and properly maintained.
