Assistant Manager Human Capital

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interview coordination and onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with operational requirements. • Track and report recruitment progress to close the manpower gap and achieve headcount targets. • Assist in driving employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. 2. HRIS Implementation & Management • Assist in configuring and reviewing the HRIS system to ensure policies, work hours, reporting lines, and organizational structures are accurately mapped. • Participate in system dry runs and production testing to identify and resolve gaps. • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the system is ready for Go-Live. • Take ownership of HRIS maintenance, data integrity, and analytics to support management reporting and payroll compliance. 3. Training Coordination & Compliance • Coordinate employee participation in technical and soft skills training programs. • Maintain accurate training records and prepare compliance reports for management and government agencies. • Send reminders to managers on mandatory and development training requirements. • Support training needs analysis and assist with planning and budgeting. 4. HR Administration & Employee Services • Manage general HR administration, including employee documentation and records management. • Liaise with insurance providers to handle employee benefits, claims disputes, and related grievances. • Coordinate employment pass (EP) applications and ensure compliance with Malaysia and Singapore regulatory requirements. • Provide day-to-day HR support, including employee engagement activities, employee grievances, compliance and policy implementation.
