IT Project Manager

Plan, coordinate and monitor IT projects to ensure timely delivery. Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and vendors to manage project activities and deliverables. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies. Coordinate with technical and business teams to identify and resolve project blockers. Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes and project documentation. Manage project schedules, action items and follow-ups with stakeholders. Support requirements gathering and ensure deliverables are aligned with business objectives. Maintain project documentation and tracking using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar. Assist with change management, UAT, implementation and post-project activities where required. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO or related roles. Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Good understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery processes. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within project timelines.
