IT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary We are looking for an IT Executive to support the company’s day-to-day IT operations, systems, and technology infrastructure. The role will also support our training programmes, digital platforms, and internal users to ensure smooth and efficient technology operations. Key Responsibilities IT & Technical Support • Manage and maintain computers, laptops, network, internet, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment. • Provide technical support to trainers, staff, and participants during training sessions. • Set up and troubleshoot IT equipment and software for training programmes, workshops, and events. • Support online classes, webinars, virtual meetings, and digital learning platforms. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. • Manage software installations, user access, system updates, and basic IT security. • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required. Training & Digital Support • Provide technical support for T-Academy training programmes and events. • Assist trainers with presentation equipment, online platforms, and other digital tools. • Assist in implementing digital tools and technology to improve training delivery. • Provide basic support for websites, learning platforms, and other digital systems. Marketing & Creative Support • Design and prepare posters, brochures, flyers, banners, certificates, presentations, and other promotional materials for T-Academy. • Assist in creating marketing materials for training courses, workshops, seminars, and events. • Prepare and resize graphics for social media platforms, website, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns. • Assist in preparing basic social media content and promotional visuals. • Update and maintain digital marketing materials when course details, dates, or information change. • Assist the marketing team with basic photo/video editing and promotional content when required. • Ensure marketing materials are consistent with T-Academy’s branding and guidelines. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Good knowledge of IT troubleshooting, hardware, software, and basic networking. • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing. • Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. • Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Willing to support training programmes, workshops, and events when required.
