Conveyancing / Litigation Clerk

• Assist in the litigation related works of a legal firm. • Preparing notice of demand, summons, statement of claim and other related cause papers until judgment. • Enter, update, and track all hearing dates, mention dates, deadlines, and reminders in the lawyers’ diaries and case management systems. • Assist in prepare and submit cause papers and court documents via the e-Filing system, ensuring proper format, accuracy, and compliance with court rules. • Prepare, serve, file, and compile litigation documents including cause papers, affidavits, bundles, and correspondence. Maintain organised physical and digital case files. • Monitor and follow up on the status report of the files. • Maintain and organise a good filing system. • Faxing, scanning, photocopying documents and etc.. • Performing general administrative tasks to support the litigation team.
