AP Executive

AP Executive Job Descriptions: • Manage daily account payable operations, including invoice checking, verification, and posting into the accounting system. • Prepare and process payment transactions in accordance with company procedures and approval requirements • Perform regular reconciliation of supplier statements, bank balances, and accounts payable records to ensure accuracy. • Monitor accounts payable transaction and follow up on outstanding invoice, payment issues, and account discrepancies. • Ensure all invoice, payment record, claims, and documents are properly filed and maintained for audit purposes. • Liaise with internal departments, supplier, auditor, tax agents, bankers and other external parties on finance-related matter when required. • Assist in month-end closing activities and ensure assigned tasks are completed within the required timeline. • Support the Finance Manager with any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required. Job Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. • Minimum at least 2 to 5 years working experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions. • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes. • Detailed-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy. • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal department and external parties. • Willing to work at Shah Alam,Selangor Job details • Salary: RM 3,500 a month • Contract: Permanent • Working hours: Normal Hour, up to 40 hours a week • Openings: 1 • Closes: 2026-11-07 About Spark Hunts Resources (Up to 10 employees) We are recruitment company, and doing Professional & General Staffing.
